I had Steve Monson at Monson Bros Fabrication do extensive fabrication and suspension work on my 1994 Ford Explorer, and the quality of his work is excellent.
He extended the TTB 4.5 inches, built extended radius arms, an engine cage with coilover shock hoops, and an under-the-cab cage with bypass shocks. The truck also has bump stops and limit straps front and rear, a custom transmission crossmember, and he cleanly installed a transmission cooler fan that I supplied. Steve also mounted all front and rear fiberglass.
He built a front prerunner bumper with a skid plate and a rear bumper with an integrated spare tire carrier, which kept the cab free of clutter. Throughout the process, Steve was very knowledgeable, communicative, and honest, keeping me informed and offering solid recommendations.
