If an order will be delayed, we will do our best to contact you. If you've submitted an order and haven't heard from us in a day or so, check your spam folder.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
We DO NOT ship on the weekends.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin fabrication on the next business day or when the materials arrive.
Transit times DO NOT include the weekends.
We DO NOT offer free shipping. We charge shipping on EVERY order, unless you provide us with your own account.
If we use your shipping account, depending on the size of the order or the parts that you ordered, we charge you a handling fee, boxing fee, or crating fee. For example, the RV Bumper/Tire Carrier. We have to spend hours custom making a crate to ship that.
Domestic orders will be shipped USPS, UPS or FedEx ground. Freight carriers are available for large orders.
We DO NOT ship to P.O, Boxes!!
Rural addresses will be charged extra for handling by the shipping company dependent upon how difficult it is to get to your location.
We will ship to Alaska and Hawaii. There may be extra charges for handling and packaging.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for receipt of shipped items.
