I had Steve Monson at Monson Bros Fabrication do extensive fabrication and suspension work on my 1994 Ford Explorer, and the quality of his work is excellent.
He extended the TTB 4.5 inches, built extended radius arms, an engine cage with coilover shock hoops, and an under-the-cab cage with bypass shocks. The truck also has bump stops and limit straps front and rear, a custom transmission crossmember, and he cleanly installed a transmission cooler fan that I supplied. Steve also mounted all front and rear fiberglass.
He built a front prerunner bumper with a skid plate and a rear bumper with an integrated spare tire carrier, which kept the cab free of clutter. Throughout the process, Steve was very knowledgeable, communicative, and honest, keeping me informed and offering solid recommendations.

Our 1985 F250 is outfitted with a full custom TTB coilover conversion upfront, radium arms, and a long travel set up under the bed. The magic is made up of Bilstein 9200 series triple bypasses / coil overs, extended length shackles + hangers, Deaver leaf springs, and a few more goodies to bring it all together!.
Kailey Skelton got the full treatment on her dream build, we loaded all our parts on this thing and did some fun custom stuff too…. We packaged 2.5 x12” Bilstein 9200 coil over and bypasses front and rear along with a custom Deaver Suspension pack with the help our long travel coil over conversion kit upfront and our long travel rear spring hangers, shackles and rear shock mount kit this truck cycles 14.5” up front and 18” in the rear of 4wd fun.
